We work with high-noble (gold content 60% or above) and noble alloys. Alloy selection is documented per case based on the clinical indication, load zone, and any patient metal-sensitivity notes provided by the submitting doctor. We do not default every case to a single alloy tier for cost reasons. The alloy used ships back with the case documentation.
Can Tucson practices submit digital impressions for PFM cases?
Yes. We accept STL files from iTero, Medit, and 3Shape Trios scanners through the Dani Dental case portal with no file conversion required on your end. The digital file routes directly to our in-house casting workflow. If you prefer traditional PVS, our prepaid shipping envelope program covers Tucson accounts with next-day pickup available.
What is the standard turnaround for a PFM crown case from Tucson?
