The terms that govern use of this website and the services we provide to dental practices.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dani Dental Laboratory website and the laboratory services we provide. By using this site, requesting a Doctor Kit, sending a case, or otherwise engaging Dani Dental Laboratory, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Who we serve
Dani Dental Laboratory provides custom dental laboratory services to licensed dental professionals and dental practices. Our services are intended for use by qualified clinicians. We do not provide dental, medical, or clinical advice to patients, and nothing on this site is a substitute for the professional judgment of a treating dentist.
3. Cases, prescriptions, and clinical responsibility
We fabricate restorations and appliances to the written prescription, records, and specifications provided by the submitting clinician. The accuracy and completeness of impressions, scans, shade selection, and instructions are the responsibility of the submitting practice. The treating dentist remains solely responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, the suitability of any restoration for a given patient, and final placement and adjustment.
4. Acceptance, turnaround, and pricing
Case acceptance, scope, turnaround times, and pricing are confirmed directly with your practice and may be adjusted based on case complexity, materials, and records received. Quoted turnaround times are estimates measured from receipt of complete, acceptable records. Pricing in effect at the time a case is accepted applies to that case.
5. Remakes, adjustments, and warranty
We stand behind our work. Remake and adjustment terms, including any applicable warranty period and the conditions under which a remake is provided at no charge, are set out in the account terms agreed with your practice. Remakes generally require return of the original restoration and the records used to fabricate it. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, patient factors, or modifications made outside the lab.
6. Shipping, pickup, and risk of loss
We coordinate pickup, courier, and shipping for cases as arranged with your practice. Risk of loss for shipped cases passes according to the carrier and account terms in effect. Please inspect returned cases promptly and notify us of any issue within the window stated in your account terms.
7. Payment
Invoices are issued and due according to the account terms agreed with your practice. Accounts not paid when due may be subject to a hold on new case work and to any late charges permitted by law and stated in your account terms.
8. Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Dani Dental Laboratory name and marks, is owned by Dani Dental Laboratory or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or these terms.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. We work to keep information accurate and current but make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that content is complete or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the site itself. This disclaimer does not limit any warranty we expressly provide on fabricated restorations under your account terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dani Dental Laboratory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our responsibility for any case we fabricate is governed by the remake, warranty, and account terms agreed with your practice.
12. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms are posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
