Material certificates are available on request for any individual case, which satisfies most in-office documentation protocols.
Can you handle batched cases for a multi-operatory practice or a group of San Diego-area offices?
Yes. Multi-file batching is a standard part of our digital intake workflow. Send up to twelve scans in a single submission and indicate your preferred delivery sequencing. What happens if a 3D-printed restoration does not seat correctly?
If a printed restoration fails to seat and the issue traces to a lab-side production error, we reprint at no charge. The technician who ran the original case reviews the scan and the returned piece before the reprint enters production. Our current remake rate is under 2.5% across all printed case categories. If the issue originates from a scan artifact or a data gap, we contact you before reprinting to resolve the file first.
Do you support All-on-X printed interim prosthetics for implant cases in San Diego?
Full-arch interim prosthetics for All-on-X staging are a core part of our printed restoration catalog. These cases run through a dedicated protocol that includes occlusal scheme verification, implant-position cross-check against the surgical guide, and a screw-access confirmation before the interim ships. Turnaround on full-arch printed interims is seven days standard. We also flag material transition points so your final zirconia or ceramic case integrates without a remake loop.
