If a printed restoration does not fit as designed and the cause is traceable to our fabrication or digital processing, we remake it at no charge and prioritize it in the production queue. The named technician on the original case handles the remake. We ask that fit issues be reported within five business days of delivery with a brief description or intraoral photo; that lets us resolve most cases within 48 hours of the remake request.
Does Dani Dental work with Salt Lake City practices that are still using physical impressions?
Yes. Physical PVS or polyether impressions are scanned in-house using structured-light scanning and enter the digital production workflow within four business hours of receipt. The turnaround clock starts from scan completion, not from the moment the impression arrives by courier.
