We accept STL, DCM, and iTero export files. You can upload directly through the case portal or email the scan with your Rx form. If you are still running a PVS impression workflow, we can scan the model in-house, though digital submission cuts 24 to 48 hours from the production window. Most Mesa practices on our account have moved to full digital submission within two to three cases.
How does the named-technician model work for All-on-X cases?
When your case is received, it is assigned to one lead technician who manages design, milling verification, and quality check through to shipment. That technician's direct phone number and email ship with the case. For full-arch zirconia, where an occlusal question at delivery can cost 45 minutes of chair time, having one person accountable for the case geometry is not a luxury, it is a workflow requirement.
What zirconia material does Dani Dental use for All-on-X arches?
We mill from multilayer zirconia block, with translucency grade selected based on the anterior esthetic requirements you specify at case submission. Monolithic construction is standard for All-on-X to eliminate delamination risk under full-arch occlusal load. If you have a material preference or your patient's case calls for a specific Vita shade gradient, note that on the Rx and the technician will confirm feasibility before milling.
Can Dani Dental support provisional-to-final workflows for same-day load cases?
Yes. For practices running immediate-load protocols, we design the provisional arch with the final geometry in mind. When you are ready to convert to the final zirconia arch, typically at 3 to 6 months post-placement, the occlusal map from the provisional informs the final design directly. That continuity reduces chairside adjustment at delivery and gives the patient a more predictable outcome.
What is the standard turnaround for All-on-X zirconia from Mesa, and is rush available?
Standard production is 5 business days from scan receipt. Rush cases targeting 72-hour turnaround are available on a slot basis; contact the lab before 9 AM Arizona time on the day you need to start that clock. Rush slots are limited and filled in the order requests are confirmed, so early communication on urgent cases is the single most effective way to protect your surgery schedule.
How does Dani Dental handle implant system compatibility for Mesa cases?
We verify Ti-base and UCLA abutment interfaces against published manufacturer tolerances before any milling begins. When you submit your Rx, include the implant system and platform size. If the system is outside our verified library, we will contact you within 4 business hours to discuss options, which may include requesting the abutment analog or confirming a compatible interface. We do not mill to an unverified interface.
