SERVICE
Mesa All-on-X Zirconia
Mesa's implant market has matured fast. Practices along Alma School, Power Road, and the Banner Gateway corridor are placing full-arch cases at volume, and the prosthetic workflow has to keep pace. All-on-X zirconia from Dani Dental starts with your intraoral scan or CBCT data, not a PVS impression workflow from 2009. We accept STL, DCM, and iTero file formats directly, which cuts the analog conversion step and the distortion risk that comes with it.
- Pre-paid two-way shipping, nationwide
- A named technician on every case
- Margins verified against your prescription
- Tempe + Tucson locations

THE DETAIL
How we build it.
Most dental labs a Mesa practice calls today are national-network operations: centralized milling, distributed customer service, and a case routing system where no single technician owns the outcome start to finish. When a full-arch case comes back with an occlusal discrepancy, the answer is a remake ticket, not a conversation. That model works at scale for single-unit crown volume. It is not built for the clinical complexity of an All-on-X zirconia arch. Dani Dental runs a named-technician model. The ceramist who designs your arch is the same person whose direct line prints on the shipping label. If your patient presents with a class III skeletal pattern and you need the arch biased 2 mm anteriorly to clear the opposing, that note goes to one person who reads it, acts on it, and calls you if the geometry creates a problem. That loop closes in hours, not business days. The Dobrikov family has been running bench-to-delivery workflows since Arizona 1993, three generations, and the All-on-X digital workflow they built reflects three decades of full-arch case experience, not a product line added to compete on a service menu. For Mesa clinicians placing 10 or more full-arch cases per year, the difference between a lab that routes cases and a lab that owns them shows up in chair time, patient outcomes, and the number of times you have to call back.
GETTING CASES TO US
Logistics, to the bench.
The arch itself is milled from multilayer zirconia block, selected for translucency grade based on the anterior esthetic zone requirements you spec at case submission. Monolithic construction means no delamination risk at the incisal edges, a failure mode that haunts layered restorations under full-arch occlusal load. We verify implant-to-bar fit digitally before any milling begins, and every Ti-base or UCLA abutment interface is checked against the manufacturer's published tolerance before the arch ships. For Mesa practices that run same-day or next-day load protocols, we offer a provisional-to-final workflow where the provisional design informs the final arch geometry. That continuity reduces occlusal adjustment time at delivery. Rush cases with 72-hour turnaround are available; contact the lab before 9 AM Arizona time to confirm slot availability for that production window.
