When a remake is needed, the same technician who handled the original case reviews the issue before the replacement enters production. We do not charge for remakes caused by a documented lab error. Remakes driven by chairside modification or prescription changes are treated as new cases with standard turnaround.
Does Dani Dental work with DSO groups or multi-location practices in the Houston metro?
