Houston Conventional Full Denture

Houston's dental market spans everything from high-volume general practices in the suburbs of Sugar Land and The Woodlands to boutique prosthodontic offices inside the Medical Center. Full-denture demand reflects that spread. Conventional complete dentures still represent the bread-and-butter of edentulous treatment for a significant portion of patients, and the fabrication quality determines how often those cases come back for adjustments, remakes, or angry phone calls.

  • Pre-paid two-way shipping, nationwide
  • A named technician on every case
  • Margins verified against your prescription
  • Tempe + Tucson locations

THE SERVICE

Built to your prescription.

THE DETAIL

How we build it.

Large national lab networks processing thousands of cases per week run on standardized workflows that work well until they don't. When a conventional full-denture comes back needing a reline, a tooth repositioning, or a vertical adjustment, the case re-enters the same anonymous queue. No one at the other end knows your prescription preferences, your bite registration philosophy, or the fact that you always want a Class II mold on your Houston retiree patient base. Dani Dental assigns named technicians to accounts. After three cases, your technician knows your tendencies. The Dobrikov family has been fabricating removable prosthetics since the Sofia lab opened in 1988. That is 35-plus years of benchtop experience that national-network volume operations simply cannot replicate by adding headcount. When a full-denture case presents a tricky flange extension or a compromised ridge, the technician solving it has seen that exact anatomical scenario dozens of times, not just read about it in a workflow manual. Price transparency is the third differentiator. We do not quote one number to get the account and invoice a different one after the first remake. Houston practices receive a written range for conventional full-denture fabrication before the first case ships, with the specific variables that move the price within that range spelled out in plain language. No procurement maze, no per-case negotiation.

GETTING CASES TO US

Logistics, to the bench.

Dani Dental's conventional full-denture workflow starts with your impression materials or, if you have an intraoral scanner capable of edentulous arch capture, a digital scan. Either path lands on the same production bench: hand-poured models, custom tray verification, and denture teeth selected for esthetic zone, mold, and shade against your prescription. Every case ships with the direct line of the technician who built it. Not a customer service queue. The technician. For Houston practices managing high case volume, we offer batch scheduling that locks a recurring weekly pickup slot, so your front desk isn't coordinating courier runs case by case. Turnaround on standard conventional full-denture cases runs 10 business days from confirmed impression receipt. Rush slots (5 business days) are available with advance coordination and do not carry a blanket surcharge; call to confirm availability before flagging the case.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What practices ask

Do you accept digital scans for conventional full-denture cases, or only physical impressions?
Both. If your scanner supports edentulous arch capture (several current intraoral units do), we accept STL exports directly. Physical impressions in PVS, alginate, or ZOE still work fine and are the more common path for full-denture cases. Either route lands on the same production workflow; turnaround is identical. If you are unsure whether your scanner's edentulous mode meets our resolution threshold, call us before sending the first case.
What is your standard turnaround for a conventional full-denture shipped from Houston?
Ten business days from confirmed receipt of a complete case (final impression, bite registration, shade and mold prescription). Rush production at five business days is available; confirm availability before flagging the case. Houston-area cases ship via overnight courier on the day production closes, so delivery typically lands the following morning. Tracking is sent to your front desk the evening the case ships.
How do you handle remakes or post-delivery adjustments on full-denture cases?
If a remake is attributable to a fabrication error on our side, we rebuild it at no charge. We ask that the original case and a written description of the issue come back with the return. The same named technician who built the original works the remake, which is faster than re-routing through a general queue. Remakes driven by impression error or a changed patient presentation are quoted transparently before we start, not invoiced as a surprise after.
Can Houston practices set up a recurring weekly pickup schedule?
Yes. Practices running more than two to three full-denture cases per month typically benefit from a locked weekly pickup slot rather than coordinating a courier call each time. We work with several Houston-area courier services and can help you establish a schedule that fits your operatory flow. Contact your account technician to set this up; it usually takes one phone call and one test run to confirm timing.
What denture tooth lines do you work with, and can I specify my preferred brand?
We stock teeth from several major manufacturers, including Ivoclar and DENTSPLY lines, and will work with your preferred brand if you specify it on the prescription. If you have a tooth mold or shade combination you use consistently across your Houston patient base, note it on the first case and we log it to your account profile so you do not have to re-specify it every time.
How does pricing work for conventional full-dentures? Are there hidden fees?
Houston accounts receive a written price range before the first case ships. The variables that move cost within that range (tooth selection, processing material, rush flag) are listed explicitly. There is no separate fee for the case report, no setup charge for new accounts, and no per-case administrative fee. If something changes the price on a specific case, we call before we build, not after.
