If a veneer case does not seat correctly or presents a verifiable shade or contour departure from the approved wax-up, we remake it at no charge. The same technician who built the original case handles the remake. Our trailing-12-month veneer remake rate across active accounts sits below 2.5 percent. Remakes are not routed to a separate correction team or deprioritized behind new case volume.
Can Glendale practices request a specific technician for ongoing veneer cases?
Yes. Accounts that submit three or more veneer cases within a 90-day period are assigned a primary technician and a backup. Both names and direct contact lines are provided in writing.
