The assigned technician reviews the case before the remake enters production to identify the root cause: scan quality, prep angle, or material. Our current remake rate across all zirconia production is below 2.5%, tracked across the prior 18 months.
Do you offer shade customization or surface staining on full-contour monolithic zirconia crowns?
Yes. External surface characterization and glaze staining are available on any monolithic zirconia unit. Staining adds one business day to standard turnaround. For anterior cases requiring close shade matching, submit a pre-op photograph against a VITA Classical or Vita 3D-Master tab and note the adjacent tooth shade in the case form. The technician will confirm the match before milling or flag a shade consultation before the crown enters the mill queue.
