If your scanner exports a proprietary format, contact the assigned technician before submission and we will confirm compatibility within 2 business hours. PVS impressions are also accepted and poured in-house within 2 hours of receipt at our Arizona lab.
Do you use a pressed substructure or full-feldspathic stack for hand-layered veneers?
Both, depending on prep design and occlusal load. Minimal-prep cases on anterior teeth with light occlusal contact often suit a full-feldspathic stack for maximum translucency. Cases with deeper preparations or patients with parafunctional habits receive a pressed leucite or lithium disilicate core with hand-layered feldspathic over the incisal third. The protocol chosen is documented on every case ticket and available on request.
What is your standard turnaround for a 10-unit veneer case in Gilbert?
