Yes. The digital workflow is implant-system-agnostic when cases arrive as verified scan files with scan body data. What happens if a finished bridge does not seat correctly?
A non-seating case is treated as a priority remake, not a standard resubmission. The assigned technician reviews the original scan data, the milled output records, and any clinical photos you can send. If the issue traces to a lab fabrication error, the remake is produced at no charge and expedited to a three-business-day turnaround. We ask for scan data from the seating appointment when available so the root cause analysis is accurate and the same issue does not repeat on the next case.
