Denver Conventional Full Denture

Denver's dental market runs fast. Practices along the I-25 corridor, in the Highlands, and across the Denver Tech Center are managing high patient volume with limited chair time. A conventional full-denture case should not require three rounds of adjustments before a patient walks out comfortable. Dani Dental builds each full-denture to the clinician's prescription: tooth selection from our curated library, custom shade matching from submitted photos or in-office shade guides, and occlusal schemes dialed to the case rather than defaulted to a template.

  • Pre-paid two-way shipping, nationwide
  • A named technician on every case
  • Margins verified against your prescription
  • Tempe + Tucson locations

THE DETAIL

How we build it.

Large national-network labs serving Denver route cases through regional intake centers. The technician who pours your model is rarely the person you can call with a question about the occlusal vertical. Dani Dental operates on a named-technician model: one bench lead owns the case from pour to polish, and their direct line is on the case sheet. That is not a boutique nicety. It is how remake rates stay below 2.5% when category averages run closer to 8 to 10%. High-volume digital-first labs have invested heavily in milled and printed removable workflows. That is a legitimate path for some cases. But conventional full dentures, especially where patients have significant resorption, irregular ridge anatomy, or previous failed prosthetics, still benefit from hand-articulated occlusal refinement. Dani's technicians have been doing that work since 1988. We do not treat conventional dentures as a legacy product to be phased out. We treat them as a craft category that rewards experience. On communication: Denver practices can expect a response to case questions within 4 business hours, not the next-business-day SLA common at larger labs. Rush cases get a dedicated status update at the 48-hour mark. That rhythm is built into how we staff, not promised selectively at onboarding and forgotten by month three.

GETTING CASES TO US

Logistics, to the bench.

Every full-denture leaves our Arizona facility with a case report and the direct contact of the technician who built it. If a Denver practice needs a post-delivery refinement, that call goes to one person, not a general intake queue. Intraoral scans are accepted from all major systems (iTero, 3Shape Trios, Medit), and conventional PVS impressions ship to us with pre-paid packaging included in your Doctor Kit. For multi-unit or transition cases, such as an immediate denture followed by a definitive, we track the full sequence under a single case file. That continuity reduces the back-and-forth that typically adds two to three days to a definitive delivery. Denver practices billing full-arch removables at $1,800 to $2,800 per arch need a lab that matches that clinical investment with process discipline, not just low fees.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What practices ask

How do I send impressions or scans from my Denver practice to Dani Dental?
Your Doctor Kit includes pre-paid shipping packaging for PVS or alginate impressions. Digital scans from iTero, 3Shape Trios, and Medit export directly to our case portal. Most Denver practices have their first case in our system within 24 hours of kit arrival. Setup takes one call or email, not a rep visit.
What is the standard turnaround for a conventional full denture?
Standard turnaround is 5 business days from receipt of a final impression or accepted digital scan. Rush processing at 3 business days is available for an additional fee. Immediate dentures and cases requiring custom trays are quoted with an adjusted timeline at case intake, not after fabrication has started.
Can I request a specific tooth mold and shade, or does the lab choose defaults?
You choose. We accept prescriptions specifying mold, shade, and material manufacturer. If you want Ivoclar SR Vivodent teeth in A2 with a modified cervical tint, write it on the script. If you prefer to send shade photos and let the technician match, we do that too. Defaults only apply when no preference is stated.
What happens if a denture needs adjustment after delivery?
Contact the named technician on your case sheet directly. They review the case record and determine whether the issue is a lab correction covered at no charge or a chairside adjustment note. Most post-delivery questions resolve in a single call within 4 business hours. If a remake is warranted, it ships at priority scheduling.
Do you handle immediate dentures and definitive dentures as a connected sequence?
Yes. Immediate and definitive cases for the same patient are tracked under one case file. When the definitive impression arrives, the technician already has the immediate denture records, occlusal notes, and any modification history. That continuity typically saves 1 to 2 days on definitive turnaround and reduces the risk of repeating setup errors from the first prosthetic.
How does Dani Dental's pricing compare to what Denver practices typically pay?
Pricing is published on the fee schedule in your Doctor Kit, no quote request required. Conventional full dentures are tiered by material and tooth selection, with ranges starting at [ NEEDS NUMBER] per arch. There is no per-case account fee, no minimum monthly volume, and no onboarding charge. Rush processing fees are fixed, not variable by case complexity.
