Dani Dental produces diagnostic wax-ups from mounted casts or digital models. Wax-up turnaround is 3 to 4 business days. The approved wax-up also serves as the prescription anchor for the final porcelain build.
How does shade communication work for high-cosmetic veneer cases?
We use a written shade map covering value zone (cervical, body, incisal), translucency gradient, any mamelons or incisal halo requested, surface texture (smooth, stippled, or perikymata), and custom characterizations such as white spot effects. A calibrated photograph against a Vita shade tab is required. What remake policy applies if a veneer does not seat or match at try-in?
If a remake is required due to a lab-side error (shade deviation outside the agreed prescription, fit discrepancy traceable to die or model error), Dani Dental remakes the unit at no charge with priority scheduling. We ask that the veneer and the original impression or scan be returned so the ceramist can review the failure point. Cases where the clinical prep changed between impression and delivery are handled individually; contact your technician directly.
