Our metal frameworks are carefully crafted, digitally designed, and printed to fit the individual's unique mouth shape and are made from a beautiful chrome-cobalt. They fit snugly onto remaining teeth or implants, providing a stable foundation for the artificial teeth. They are popular for their durability and ability to withstand the forces of chewing and biting. Material composition Dani Dental's state-of-the-art metal printer works through a process known as Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS). It precisely melts layers of fine metal powder with a high-power laser, creating intricate and durable metal frameworks with exceptional accuracy. By digitally controlling each layer's construction, the printer ensures precision, consistency, and high-quality outcomes for all dental restorations.
