Every implant-supported denture case at Dani Dental opens inside 3Shape Dental System, our primary digital case management platform. Intraoral scans (in .STL or .PLY format) arrive through the portal and are reviewed against the referring clinician's implant chart and scan body selection before a single CAD file is opened. That front-end alignment step is the one most outsourced labs skip, and it is the reason fit issues appear at try-in rather than at design. Bar fabrication runs on a 5-axis milling center using zirconia or titanium stock selected per the case prescription. For milled zirconia bars we use full-contour monolithic blocks sintered to the final shade spec rather than layering over a frame, which removes one fragile interface from the prosthetic. Titanium bars run with a verified-fit protocol: the milled bar is seated against a printed verification jig before the acrylic or ceramic superstructure is bonded. Superstructure work, whether PMMA provisional, acrylic final, or layered ceramic hybrid, is handled in-house at our Arizona facility. No third-party superstructure outsourcing. That matters because the transition from bar to superstructure is where occlusal error accumulates if the same hands are not managing both. The technician who designed the bar reviews the superstructure before dispatch. For multi-implant cases requiring a conversion denture or immediate-load provisional, Dani Dental offers a parallel-track workflow: the surgical guide, the immediate provisional, and the definitive prosthetic are designed in a single case file. Oral surgeons and prosthodontists managing All-on-X treatment plans have used this path to compress total treatment timelines by planning all three phases before surgery begins. Every shipped case includes a QC card with the technician's name, direct phone extension, and the specific implant platform and scan body used in design. If a try-in reveals an adjustment need, the technician who built the case takes the return call, not a general support queue. That accountability structure is the fastest path to a resolved case because the person with context is the person on the phone.
HOW IT IS BUILT

Prescription in
Send a scan file or a model with your RX. A technician reads your intent before any design begins.
Design & verify
We design to your margin and occlusion, then verify the fit against your prescription before it ships.
Build at the bench
Milled, pressed, or hand-layered as the case calls for, finished by a named technician.
Back to your chair
Pre-paid shipping returns the case ready to seat, with the technician reachable if anything needs an adjustment.
