PROCEDURE
Conventional Full Denture
Dani Dental has fabricated conventional full dentures on a named-technician workflow since 1993. Every case ships with a direct line to the technician who built it, not a call center. Most complete denture cases return from try-in to delivery in 5 business days or fewer.
- Margins verified against your prescription
- Pre-paid two-way shipping
- Talk to the technician who built it
- Full digital workflow
Every conventional full denture case at Dani Dental opens with a records review before any wax is touched. The prescribing dentist submits impressions, a bite registration, and a photo set, and the assigned technician reviews vertical dimension, lip support, and midline references before blocking out the setup. This front-end investment catches the cases that fail at try-in before the chair appointment is ever booked. We call this the Pre-Fabrication Records Gate, and it is non-negotiable regardless of case complexity. Tooth selection runs through our in-house Dani Denture Shade Library, which holds over 200 mold-shade combinations from Vita, Ivoclar, and Dentsply lines. The technician cross-references the patient's age, facial arch form, and any retained photos before recommending a tooth selection. The prescribing dentist confirms or modifies before wax-up begins. No generic default selections. The conversation happens before setup, not during a remake. Wax try-in is treated as a mandatory checkpoint, not an optional step. The technician documents occlusal plane, phonetic space, and esthetic balance in the case file before the try-in ships. After the dentist evaluates the try-in chairside, they return it with written notes. The technician who built the wax-up reads those notes directly, adjusts, and processes. The same technician ships the finished case. One technician, one case, start to finish. That continuity is what keeps the sub-3 percent remake rate where it is. Processing follows a controlled heat-cure cycle using IvoBase Injector (Ivoclar) for cases requiring high-density PMMA and conventional compression-molding for cases where the dentist specifies conventional acrylic. Both paths produce a denture that is finished, polished, and occlusal-equilibrated against an articulator-mounted cast before it ships. The dentist receives the case with a printed fit checklist and the technician's direct phone number on the box insert. Shipping logistics inside Arizona run on a dedicated courier network covering the Phoenix metro, Tucson, and Flagstaff, with next-morning pickup available Monday through Friday. Cases outside Arizona ship via tracked overnight carriers with insulated packaging. The technician confirms tracking in the case portal the same afternoon the case ships, so the office coordinator knows the delivery window without calling the lab.
