What materials do you fabricate All-on-X prostheses from?

We fabricate full-arch fixed prostheses in monolithic zirconia, layered zirconia with pink ceramic gingiva, and titanium bar with acrylic or composite hybrids. Material selection depends on interarch space, opposing dentition, and esthetic requirements. For high-load cases or bruxers, monolithic zirconia on a titanium bar is a durable option. We can discuss the best configuration during case planning based on your surgical protocol and patient factors.

What records do you need to plan an All-on-X case?

For definitive prosthetics we need verified implant-level or multi-unit level impressions or scans, a verification jig or photogrammetry data when available, bite registration, opposing arch, and a facebow or facial reference. For conversion or immediate load provisionals we need the surgical guide plan and pre-op records. High-quality photos and any prior denture setups help us match esthetic expectations and vertical dimension.

Do you support both All-on-4 and All-on-6 protocols?

Yes. We produce prostheses for four, five, and six implant configurations, including tilted posterior implants and zygomatic cases. Design considerations shift with implant count and distribution, particularly cantilever length, AP spread, and screw access angulation. We coordinate with your surgical plan to ensure the framework, occlusal scheme, and hygiene access are appropriate for the implant layout you have placed.

Can you fabricate a conversion prosthesis for immediate load?

Yes. If you provide a pre-op denture, digital setup, or intraoral scan of the provisional plan, we can prepare components for chairside conversion or deliver a milled PMMA immediate provisional depending on workflow. We coordinate turnaround with the surgical date. Final prosthesis fabrication follows after osseointegration and verified final records, typically at the interval you and the patient have scheduled.

How do you handle try-in and verification stages?

Our standard workflow includes a verified master model or digital equivalent, a wax or PMMA try-in for esthetics and occlusion, and a framework try-in for passive fit before finalizing. For digital cases we can deliver a milled PMMA prototype that doubles as the esthetic and functional try-in. Any adjustments at try-in are returned to the lab for incorporation into the definitive prosthesis before final processing.
