A hybrid prosthetic, also called a fixed full-arch or All-on-X restoration, attaches to 4 to 6 implants through prosthetic screws that thread into multi-unit abutments. The patient wears it continuously. Removal requires accessing the screw channels, backing out the prosthetic screws with a torque driver, and lifting the prosthesis off the abutments. That is a clinician procedure, not a home-care step.
