After osseointegration is confirmed and you send verified records, lab fabrication of the final full-arch prosthetic generally runs 3 to 5 weeks depending on material and case complexity. Zirconia full-arch cases require additional milling and sintering time compared to titanium bar hybrids. We recommend scheduling the try-in and delivery appointments in advance so the case moves through wax rim, try-in, and finalization without gaps.

We need a verified master impression or intraoral scan at implant level, a verified jig or verification device confirming passive fit, a bite registration, occlusal vertical dimension records, midline and smile line references, and approved provisional photos or a duplicate of the approved provisional. Shade selection and any patient-specific esthetic notes should accompany the case. Incomplete verification records are the most common cause of remakes at try-in.

Yes. If the patient is functioning well in the provisional and the esthetics have been approved, we can duplicate tooth position, occlusal scheme, lip support, and phonetics into the final zirconia or titanium hybrid. Send a scan or impression of the approved provisional along with the implant-level records. This shortens try-in adjustments and gives the patient a predictable transition to the definitive prosthetic.

Monolithic zirconia offers high fracture resistance, stain resistance, and good long-term esthetics without acrylic wear. Titanium bar hybrids with acrylic and denture teeth are lighter, easier to repair chairside, and often preferred when interarch space is limited or when future adjustments are anticipated. Material selection depends on opposing dentition, parafunction, restorative space, and patient priorities around maintenance and repairability.

If a fixture fails before final fabrication, contact the lab so we can hold the case. Depending on the position and whether the site can support an immediate replacement, the timeline typically extends 3 to 4 months for re-integration. The existing provisional can often be modified to function during the healing period. We fabricate the final only after you confirm passive fit on all planned fixtures.
