- Fill out Dani Dental Studio lab slip as completely as possible.
- Secure models, impressions and any other case materials in bubble wrap and place in Dani Dental Studio shipping box.
- Call 480-449-0909 for pick-up by one of our professional courteous drivers.
If you are low on shipping supplies, let us know and we will replenish your stock immediately.
Out of State Pick-Up and Delivery
For all offices out of our delivery area, to mail your cases to us, pre-paid Airborne labels and boxes will be provided.Just call us at 888-995-0909. One way shipping charge of $8.00 will be added for all Ground and Second Day service. Next Day service is available for a charge of $15.00.
